A fully white-labelled, customer-facing portal — all data interactions between the portal UI and Oracle EBS/Fusion AR are orchestrated through OIC: invoice lists, account balances, PDF retrieval, and status updates all flow via OIC integration layers in real time.
Instant Payments via JPMC, Stripe, Braintree & Adyen
Customers pay single or multiple invoices in one checkout. The portal triggers a payment request via OIC to Payment Gateway, which processes the transaction securely. The gateway confirmation number is returned through OIC back to the portal UI and displayed on-screen instantly — full proof of payment, no waiting.
Automatic ERP Write-Back via Oracle OIC
Once Payment Gateway confirms the transaction, OIC automatically posts the confirmation number and payment record back to Oracle EBS/Fusion AR — triggering GL posting, cash application, and invoice status update in a single orchestrated flow. Zero manual reconciliation, zero double data entry.
Scheduled Autopay — Weekly, Monthly & Custom Cycles
Customers configure autopay on a weekly or monthly schedule — or a custom billing cycle. On each scheduled run, OIC orchestrates the full cycle: fetches open invoices from EBS, triggers payment to Payment Gateway, receives the confirmation number, writes the payment back to EBS/Fusion AR, and emails the receipt — completely automated, end to end.
